Collection: Extravirgin olive oil

The Evo Oil Terrah comes from centuries-old olive trees belonging to our family since four generations. Monumental trees located just a few metres above the sea level, which gives us in large part the “Cima di Mola”, one of the most ancient cultivar in the Mediterranean Sea, often considerated hard to gather due to the majesty of these trees. The production process is the result of attention and meticulous care in each single fase of cultivation of plants, the olive harvest and the pressing of the olives. We give big attention to the quality of the olives which arrive in oil mill just before the olives ripening, to the tight deadlines between harvest and olives processing, assuring low temperatures up to the end of the process and implementing several adjustments during all fases of the olives processing, in order to ensure the best quality possible. In accordance with our company philosophy, we have chosen the glass bottle (also available in travel size) and in “bag in box”, solutions that have a minor environmental impact. We have chosen the “bag in box” because – thanks to the tap “open and close” and to the characteristics of the materials chosen, allow the best conservation of the oil to the last drop.
